My local group is trying to make a palp token based off one of the managers at the store. We dressed him up in a cloak and it is looking fantastic. Still need to make more adjustments before we can finalize it tho

Does anyone know of or have any good suggestions for tokens to be used to mark the ship selected by Agent Kallus, or to track Emperor usage. I can use coins, but something more thematic sounds fun.

I made some custom tokens to track pilot skill. For Torkil Mux, Roark Garnet, and the crit that makes a ship PS 0.

I used paint.net to modify the images of the pilot cards, printed them out on cardstock, cut them out, and then used glue sticks to glue them to some of the horde of focus tokens I have lying around.

It shoud be pretty easy to find suitable images of the emperor, and Kallus, and do something similar, if you are handy with a paint program. If not, then simply print out scans of the cards on cardstock, cut out the card art and then use those as tokens.
