Never actually flown this list, but i will be getting my ghost soon. Any tips on how to fly this list or how to make it better please post them.

Well i just thought about double Recon Specs on the ghost. that would mean i get three focus tokens. 2 for auto blaster and one for his ability

changed chopper to recon spec and then dropped dorsal turret on the phantom

You don't need a focus for Autoblaster turret, especially if you have Accuracy Corrector. You are going to always get 2 hits. Now you might mean Blaster Turret, which requires a focus to fire. I would not use that turret. Its garbage.

Biggs with R2-D2 is a bad idea. He's going to die so keeping him cheap is the best bet. Throw on a 1 point astro on him and be done with it.

I've seen build where Kanan had tactical jammer and the theory was you keep Biggs behind the VCX to so Biggs gets another agility die. Not sure how hard it is to pull off in practice.

Kanans ability is fun and all but a lothal rebel with fcs and a dorsal will play a lot better. Load Biggs up with a stealth device and R2-F2 and you can debate a tactical jammer on the ghost but it can be tough to use it effectively. I also like to put Jan Ors and rec spec in for the ability to grab an evade when focusing with either ship. Its been fun and a bit more competitive thank Kanan but I also havent played Kanan with a Biggs escort yet.

oops. got the two cards mixed up. i guess i will only need one recon specialist (or drop it completely). should i run Chopper still or are there any other good crew upgrades to run?

2 Rec Specs can in a sense provide diminishing returns. The first one doubles your Focus but the second one only increases it by a further 50%. Normally I would recommend Zeb crew with ABT as bumping is a real possibility but you already have him in your shuttle. Lando is quite cool if you feel lucky. Jan Ors is good if you are running Biggs as she can turn his Focus into an Evade which will help keep him alive a little longer.

Biggs will die but the question is how hard you make that for your opponent. If you want to tool him up with R2-D2 then I would suggest dropping APL for Tactical Jammer as that will give Biggs another green. In your current build, you might want to save points by just giving him a cheap astromech. R4-D6 is a great choice as you can downgrade heavy attacks to just 2 hits. That will really neuter alpha-strike ordnance lists.

so i made the cages you suggested, but i still have an extra 4 points. what else should i play? still not sure about the pilot of the phantom any suggestions?

I would try R4-D6 on Biggs, makes him take at least 3 shots to kill with the integrated astromech.
