I want to make a deck using Aragorn, Legolas, and Gimli. I have 2 core sets, both Hobbit expansions, and Land of Shadow. How would you guys go about building this? Sorry if this is the wrong place. I just started playing and have no deck building experience.

I'll usually play with my son, but I may have to play solo sometimes too. Not sure how to build decks at all, let alone how to build them specifically for single/solo play.

If you play solo, your deck must be able to quest, defend, and attack all by itself. If you play multiplayer, your deck can focus on just one of these, like questing, while the other deck focuses on combat. This can change how you build the deck.

I really like the deck Rajam recommended. Using the same sets would there be a good complimentary deck? Two would be even better as I'm trying to convince my wife to play with us as well.

This is pretty off-the-cuff, so there's likely improvements to be made but this just a starting point for refinement.
