Inquisitor&Tie/fo squad

Because the Inquisitor is awesome and the tie/fo is my favorite tie fighter:

On the inquisitor, I personally don't think he needs the push the limit just because you can keep him at range three, and target lock to get an evade. I also like running missiles on him, like concussion missiles because you will have a target lock to use anyway.

Also In my opinion, I would drop the other two tie f/o s and just get three academy pilot ties.

However this is a good solid list if you like tie f/o s a lot.

It really boils down to what you enjoy flying and if you are having fun lol

If you drop Predator on Zeta Leader you can get a similar/usually better effect with Wired and Weapon Guidance, those two are great with Zeta Leader. Wired will also help on defense. If you take a focus, then you are guaranteed one more hit than you roll. On a hit,hit,eye result, you can safely reroll the eye (cant do that with Predator). Get a hit? Saved a focus. Get a blank? Use focus to change to hit. Predator better on PS2 Ships or when you can't take an action. Just a thought :)

I greatly prefer Zeta Leader with Predator and MK II Engine. I think it's a good list, except for Zeta Aced own at the bottom. He doesn't do quite enough, imho.

I'd replace Zeta Ace there with Scourge with Crackshot. At PS7, Scourge can attack last, which means he has a pretty solid chance of his pilot ability triggering, making him a 3 attack dice Tie Fighter for 18pts. That gives your PS8 ships a 1pt initiative bid (I think it'll matter. I think we'll be seeing a lot of Jax, Inquis and OL in this meta). Scourge is a bit more fragile than Zeta Ace, but frankly, if they're shooting at Scourge and not your more important ships, that's great for you.

If you don't want Scourge for 18pts, then you can consider Backstabber for 16pts, which leaves with you 3pts for PRockets on Inquis, Stealth Device on OL, or Comm Relay for Zeta Leader. The point is, you want something that can go up to 3 attack dice at least 2/3rds of the time, since your list is all about laying on consistent, high PS beats. Dish it out, dish it out, make them explode before they can start testing how lucky your green dice are.

Good list, aside from that guy at the bottom, imho.

i like to give zeta leader wired and weapons guidance.

Great suggestions guys, one thing though i only have tie/fo's and dont really want to get any normal ties.

The little one at the bottom is a PS1 blocker who takes focus every turn. If he's not forced to spend the focus defensively, then he hits with both dice with like, 83% accuracy, or something like that. Very reliable. If he is being shot at, it means your opponent is making horrible decisions, or the rest of your team is dead.
