I've lost a few X Wing pieces from Armada, anyone know how I can replace em?
Might I suggest you check your spam folder or some such? I've never heard of a bad FFG customer service experience. I don't think you should wait any more. I'd send another email asking, but I'd also check to ensure you didn't get a response that was somehow caught in your filters. Sending another email to have it snagged won't do much.
