I understand that the VCX100 can take the Ghost title and that allows it to take the shuttle.

My question is if you do not take the title and shuttle, does it still have the secondary firing arc?

Nope you can not shoot unless the shuttle is docked.... That is what the cards say...

It has a special arc still that can shoot torpedoes as standard I think I don't own the ghost so can't say 100%

It does still have the special arc, which you can shoot Torpedoes out of. You need the titles to use it with your primary.

As it is a printed firing arc, yes tactician would work. Autothrusters would not.
