A Regional Championship is a premier-level event that draws players from across large areas and states or prefectures. These events are being run around the globe, where players will be competing for unique prizes, the title of Champion, and that elusive bye for National Championships. Regional Championships provide not only a place to compete for great prizes, but a chance to find new opponents and players who share your passions.
A National Championship bye is not the only prize up for grabs at Android: Netrunner Regional Championships. Each Regional Championship kit comes with exclusive prizes for up to 64 players.
First Place:
The winner of each Regional Championship receives a Regional Champion trophy to show off to family and friends, and one card granting the winner a first-round bye at a country’s National Championship. Any good Runner isn’t just out to complete the current job, they’re setting up for the next one. A bye at your National Championship is a big leg up on the competition at the next large event of the year!
Top Four:
The top four players at the end of the tournament each receive a double-sided, spot-glossed identity card featuring Jesminder Sareen and Pālanā Foods, two of the Mumbad Cycle’s key identities sure to see play in tournaments and on the kitchen table.
Top Eight:
The top eight players at the end of the tournament each receive a vibrant Regional playmat featuring the Shaper Runner Jesminder Sareen using her console, Maya.
Top Sixteen:
The top sixteen players at the end of the tournament each receive one pack of acrylic credit tokens. Level up your game with these 2-credit and 5-credit tokens!
Top Sixty-Four:
The top sixty-four players at the end of the tournament each receive one copy of the alternate art card Same Old Thing. A mainstay in many Runner decks, you won’t want to miss out on a copy of this card!
