Poe, Chopper, A what crew?

I tried this list:

Total: 100
But tactical Jammer was useless without bigs, also Weapon Guidance was not used.
Now want to change the list to something:
Poe Dameron (31)
Veteran Instincts (1)
R5-P9 (3)
Autothrusters (2)
Prototype Pilot (17)
Chardaan Refit (-2)
"Chopper" (37)
Fire-Control System (2)
Dorsal Turret (3)
Hera Syndulla (1)
Gunner (5)
Total: 100
Just thinking, is Gunner better that Erza? Or maybe Keep erza and upgrade chopper to Kanan.
Maybe Luke crew would be nice, but that way i would need to find extra pt, as can drop VI and give Adaptivity to Poe, also then would need to drop Dorsal turret for autoblaster, that i don't like.
Any suggestions?

Dropping Weapon Guidance on Poe is a good idea as he normally wants to hang on to his Focus. Instead of Gunner, you could try putting Han Solo on the Ghost. Combined with FCS, you get the best of both worlds by treating the target lock as either a Reroll or a Focus and saving you 3 points. On the other hand, Gunner + FCS does look fun.

Chopper really doesn't look optimised for bumping and stressing. Normally I would run him with EU and possibly Zeb crew. With that in mind, you could save yourself a couple of points by dropping him down to Lothal Rebel. That would give you the points to upgrade the Gunner to Luke.
