I really want Mist Hunter to be good (love the model, but feel the generics are a little too costly and.or not good enough in the meta), and I've been trying to work out how...

This is intended to take advantage of the fact that Scum have a range of options at the 24 to 26 point mark - I really like the N'Dru here, as I've said several times prior, and the Mist Hunter/FCS combo gives good accuracy with the Tractor Beams to allow 3 shots against reduced agility.

N'Dru either flanks or hangs back depending on the opposing list, and saves Stim and Cluster for a turn when he can get a lock and is out of range of everything else to get a really strong punch of 8 well-modded dice, everything else bunches up to get good overlap on arcs and slow-rolls down the board, idealy keeping the Gs in the Y's donut hole to block or shoot people trying to get in there.

I'm wondering about putting BTL on the y-wing (because 3 shots against a tractored opponent is tasty), but that really does create problems taking down arc-dodgers, having very low PS and no out of arc capacity.

Boba is pretty much an afterthought at this point, which is how I think he should be run - he's there to add pain to a landed crit, and confuse targetting priority.

Just be careful with N'dru, he needs a good setup. He wants to be away from all your ships, I'd probably set him up opposite the other 3 ships, and run those 3 as a brick. Tractor beam is great for keeping people out of range 1 of your Y-wing. I feel like Boba Fett is kind of wasted. Since you have no way to get crits he's gonna end up as a wasted point most times. 4-LOM might be a better pick, since you can always negate dice mods for extra damage, and Boba is only really good against certain ships (anything with TLT, Punishing one/Outrider)

Yeah, I did think about both 4LOM and Zuckuss, but I like Boba just because of the threat factor he has which wildly outweighs his cost. Plus, with the TB there it's more likely to force some crits through.

I like Boba particularly against large low-agility ships like the Decimator, which is really quite common locally, and easier than most to land crits on.
