With Hera's pilot ability of changing a red or green maneuver of the same difficulty to another, has led to some questions. Does that mean you can pick a red maneuver and you can change it to any red maneuver? That's how it was played out but the player believed that if they chose a 3 hard turn they could change it to any speed 3 maneuver.
Question on Hera
difficulty = color.
Hard 3 Red means you can switch to another Red.
A hard one right can be a hard one left, a hard three left or right and a five k turn that's the sum total of options.
The player was wrong you played it correctly.
What you are speaking of is a more like a Navigator skill. He and hera makes very powerfull combo, as from 2S you can turn to any straight or bank on the dial.... ![]()

Navigator lets you rotate to a maneuver with the same bearing so revealing a 2S would let you switch to any other straight (navigator) or to a 2 bank (Hera). You would not be able to switch to the 1 or 3 banks because they are white. If you are just going to reveal a 2S every time, using Nien Nunb does the same thing for 1 point by making all straight maneuvers green.
A lot of people are running Navigator on Hera, leading to some confusion.

2S -> Hera -> 2B -> Navigator -> 1B
