1st palp aces squad

So while grabbing the Mist Hunter to finish my wave 8 I decided to bite the bullet and grab the Raider as well so now I can actually give this squad a go AND play tie advances right:

Since I had the points I decided to upgrade the shuttle to Yorr to maybe be able to take the stress from the aces.

The Tractor beam isn't going to be useful for the debuff unfortunately but I can still be able to possibly boost or roll a wounded ship into an obstacle to maybe finish it off if rock placement is good.

Inquisitor definitely has his place along side the emperor. One thing I'd consider is:

OGP w/ emperor (29 pts)

Inquisitor - PTL, AT, Tie V1, proton rockets (34 pts)

Vader - Predator, Tie X1, ATC, Engine upgrade (37 pts)

Proton rockets are great with 3 agility ships. You could consider putting them on Vader as well. Whoever you feel is better at getting into range 1. I'm not crazy about Juke on Vader as you have to use one of your actions on evade every turn. It's not terrible on Inquisitor since you get it automatically when taking a target lock but I like PTL better

This with prockets on Vader so you can keep Inquisitor at range. 3-0 so far with this list against stuff like tlt, regen and brobots.

I've played a few tournaments using palpmobile and run into them a lot. The common denominator is that the emperor is going to die or at least take half damage. For one he is the easiest target to get in arc/range and output a lot of damage on quickly. That being said I've found putting any other upgrades on the shuttle other than the emperor is a waste of points.

I agree with FellowPT that shuttle will be targeted so make it cheap. put your upgrades into Vader or the Inquisitor and use the Emperor as soon as you can.

Yorr might be very helpful against PS2 lists and removing stress from either ships, only downside is now Vader is at PS10 with no int bid.
