Dancing, not tabletop...

By Grayfax, in X-Wing Off-Topic

Well, I'm not sure how everyone else is doing across the country, but tonight, in Nacogdoches, Texas, the purple lights are on and there are rumors of people dancing in the streets. Stephen F. Austin State University (SFA) advances to the next round in the NCAA tournament, and we're pretty darn proud of it! For the second time in 3 years we beat West Virginia to advance, so we'll see how the weekend progresses... but for now... not much X-Wing, but it feels like that hard fought win to get into the cut for the top tables... so everything is good for a minute or two... and maybe we'll pick up a challenge coin or something similar along the way!

#AxeEmJacks!

Oh, and sorry if we broke your bracket...

This is about... curling?

I will be doing no dancing.......EVER! The lat time I danced I broke someone elses ankle. Bad things happen if I dance.

Be careful when you join them, as there is bound to be someone else out there who is just as bad at dancing as me.

This is about... curling?

Curling is awesome. I bought THE pants after Norway did their thing two Olympics ago.

Michigan State Alum. Not as heart broken as I expected to be. Probably because UofM also lost (everything is better after a Umich loss). We'll win next year. For tomorrow, Go Blue Raiders.

I like Curling, at least what I have seen on TV during the olympics... but no, we only make enough ice for our iced tea in this part of Texas. This was about Basketball and making it into the second round of the NCAA tournament... unfortunately we lost to Notre Dame in the second round by 1 point. Best of luck to those who have not fallen yet!

I was pulling hard for SFA against ND. Horrible ending. I have some friends that went to school there.

Yeah, thanks... it definitely didn't go the way we wanted, but that's not something you can change. This was immediately overshadowed by Coach Underwood moving on to Oklahoma State University. Not that it wasn't expected... he had good offers two years ago when we first went to the NCAA Tournament on his first year as a coach and got past WVU (I guess we are now good post-season rivals). All in all a good year, and now we look to our record breaking female pole-vaulter to keep breaking records!

Well hope they can keep the program going strong. We need more good college hoops teams in the state
