The Advanced is a terrible choice, because of Vader. I understand the Scyk, but it is cheap enough to be a minor hinderance, at best to building a squad.

Going: Punisher, HWK, StarViper. Force them to make some real decisions in squad building.

TIE Bomber, B-Wing and Starviper.

Bomber is part of the original movies and I would really like to see some fresh ideas with it on the table. B-Wing pretty much the same... I just miss seeing that awesome model And the Starviper is in my opinion the best looking ship out there... it's such a shame it sucks (not that bad, just a tad expensive really)

I'm going for "show us how to make these ships shine," and given that imperial veterans is likely to be out by then, the Defender seemed too easy.

The Attack Shuttle does offer some interesting possibilites.

I wanted to make it as difficult as possible... so post wave 8 and veterans I voted:

Punisher, M3A, and Bwing (which haven't seen much tournament play IIRC)

Defender, Ewing, mist hunter.

Tie Punisher, Awing, Hwk

Thoughts were off meta ships that are still good yet offer some choice.

X-Wing - As it needs to be there

M3 - One of my favourite looking ships. Shame it's a bit fragile!

Punisher - Because I've yet to see one competitively.
