Happy Friday, all!

Not sure what happened to Cuban Boy's usual Friday post, but this one is for him.

Thursday night is game night and I did get to the game store. I had pre-ordered, so didn't buy all the new ships. I did pick up one V1, though. I got a game in with it....and it died in the first volley without shooting! I.....tried to arc dodge and ended up just inside everyone's arc. Boom! Oh, well.

I got to see all the new ships. There was a shortage on Jumpmasters b/c everyone kept buying 3 of them, I was told. The V1's were sold out by end of night, too. Only missions in the Ghost and Jumpmaster. I do want to try them.

Played another mission for Heroes of the Aturi Cluster. First one went bad with protecting the wounded HWK. The enemy dice were just too good while our greens were bad. We decided to do it all over again as it was the only Tier 1 mission we hadn't finished before. This time, we were able to win the day without losing a ship!

My HotAC pilot is now PS 5 and named Warhead. He's got 4 Proton Torpedoes and Nera's ability to fire 360. Also got TLT and Targeting Astromech. I blow stuff up!

I am sorry someone passed out three hours early last night, I had to be up for work at 05:30 instead of 07:00 like normal. i love that people pick up my slacker-ness. Good note wave 8 is in the mail to my house.

...and that's why I hate card organizers! I just use the little cardboard boxes you get from winning tournaments to put my cards in. I use the little rubber bands to hold them all together.

I think I can handle the new ships, though. I just moved all my stuff to 3 different boxes and should have room. One for Epic. One for all my small based ships. One for.....the large based ships, spare tokens, and all the little missions. I might have issues soon with my Imperials having overtaken the tray they are using. I might have to store them not on their pegs, and that's kind of annoying.

Well...I bought the 2 Proton Torps at the beginning of the campaign. I guess I can always spend new EXP on them. To be honest, I"m not sure what to get next.

MM preorder was scheduled for Monday. It is out for delivery right now. Pleasant surprise.

That made me check. It's at a facility in town. Delivery date bumped up to Monday (instead of Tuesday). Maybe it will arrive on Saturday?
