Hay have a look at this game... Around about the 2:13 marker you see the player on the left (deci pilot) play with his dials. IMHO it looks like he changes his dial direction when the other player is moving.

the way he moves his thumb and keep checking the dial to see what he changed it to looks so suspicious. I watched this last night with 3 other players all us us thought the same after watching the video 3 or 4 times
This is why there is a rule about not handling your dial while the other ships are activating. If your opponent does this politely remind them that they are not supposed to do that. He may or may not have been cheating, but if the other player had just said Hands Off(in a non-accusatory manner) there would be no issue.
Have to agree. Looks like he's moving the dial with his thumb and checking it several times to see ho close he is to the move he now wants.
Slow down the video and its VERY obvious that he is cheating.

Choose speed and set it to .5

You can tell by his three fingers holding the top of the dial, they move once pressure is applied to the bottom of the dial. I say name and shame these scum bags.

They'd better ask permission first, before putting it up though. Especially in Germany, they take their privacy seriously.
I say cheating, as if you check, you see it and put down, he's fiddling with the dial and looking at it multiples times, to see if he got right maneuver So cheating
Any1 reporthed it to FFG via some channels? It was a sanctioned event after all, black list refresh is in order 
I got in touch with a German X-Wing player i know.
He is tight with the crowd playing in Marburg and will look into it.
I also downloaded and saved the video, in case it gets removed.
