One of the difficulties I ran into during my test run on Thursday was the dynamic between maneuvers, actions on cards, and actions not on cards. The action cards do work well, but they would work better if all of the character's options were card based. My players kept on asking me what their maneuver options were, and without a reference sheet I had to book mark that page in the rules for quick reference. In addition the fact that a normal us of a skill is also considered an action gets lost in the mix. FFG included a basic action card for common actions like melee attack, parry, and even perform a stunt (which is defined as an unusual application of a skill). Why not include a card for "use a skill"? The mix of cards and traditional option lists doesn't really work so well. It would have been better to either put everything on cards (maneuvers included) or stick with traditional lists of possible actions.
Maneuvers and Actions ... Why not all cards or no cards?
Looks like a job for the fanbase. ..that and a character sheet that you can list career card sockets (so you don't have to have the career cards out except when doing advancements)..and a character sheet that allows you to track fatigue, stress, non-crit wounds and stance without chits.

Item one fifty-one on today's glitch list. We've got all the problems of a major theme park and a major zoo, and the computer's not even on its feet yet."

I agree that fans can be a great source to fill the gaps in a game but this particular gap should have been filled in the game itself.
