Your most likely opponents are going to be dual ISDs or VSD carriers with Rhymerball based on the prevalence of lists on this forum. Standard upgrades for the ISDs include XI7s, which counter your advanced projectors, so I would say scrap all those and either upgrade your admiral to Ackbar for a total of 16 extra dice against ships each turn, or upgrade a couple of guppies to the A variant for better AA to counter the Rhymerball.

Just my two cents.

I'd suggest Enhanced Armament to XI7s to make the red dice all the stronger, Advanced Projectors to ECMs to get all the mileage you can out of those 3 individual tokens, Garm to Ackbar for the tremendous firepower increase, and Superior Positions to Minefields since you have no squadrons to speak of.

Just hope you don't go against a fireball I guess? Squadrons that can operate at long range could tear you apart depending on positioning.

Enhanced Armaments can be replaced with Ackbar for 2 points less overall. Freeing up 4 points to replace all Advanced Projectors with Enhanced Armaments, which is a more useful upgrade on a ship with only one of each defense token.

If you wanted a little defence against squadrons you could go for:

Ackbar
4x AF2b (gunnery teams)
4x A-wing

398 total.

Boring (two unit types makes me sad), but probably rather nasty.
