Ideas for some adventures

So I started a game with my friends a few weeks ago and I have put them through the adventures that come with the beginner set and the game master kit as well as the core rulebook as a form of Jedi knight trials. The setting for the adventure is a few years after the clone wars ended with order 66. The Jedi were not wiped out like originally but had scattered and went into hiding throughout the galaxy. Most have kind of congregated and formed a miniature order that is on the move. My group has a lambda class ship they stole, a basilisk droid they salvaged from the Sanctuary as well as a protocol droid and a repair droid. It would be awesome to have some plot lines to tease out for them to go exploring the galaxy with. I'm just looking for some springboard ideas because the other adventures was just to get them use to the game.

An idea I have been toying with is an ancient command/temple ship left drifting around a never visited star. (Think the Aroura from SG:Atlantis). This would be a good home based for your Jedi rebellion, just need some sort of time pressure and something to hold them up.
