due to life being the way it is, i have only one shot at a chance for these dice, and thats may 14th out on Long Island... closest one i would be able to attend otherwise is an 8 hour drive, which i'd be doing alone, either day of or day before. so heres to hoping i can win me some then!

We're getting a Regional again at our local shop, but the odds of me making Top 8 are laughable.

I love my clears as well, but these I will admit I really like. It harkens back to my old D&D days, as I have a set just like these.

I haven't actually been to any tournaments with a cut (most at events I've been to has been 16, though we've had bigger ones I didn't make), so I've never made the cut, but I've never finished below top 4, and usually been #2 (only 1 win so far, but it was a store champ so cant complain too much ). And I'm in basically the same boat. We have a store championship, but I have somehting happening at 5pm that day, so unless it starts earlier than usual or goes extra fast, the cut won't happen before I have to leave

Really makes me sad that I won't be able to get a day free to go out to either of the Regionals in Texas. Yup, that's why I won't get any: cause I can't attend. Totally not because I'm not a good enough player to reach the top eight in a Regional.

Probably. (Not me, but somebody else probably is.)

I just want these because I love to collect dice. Sadly none for me. My LGS just started to bring back Starwars night, but nothing competitive from what I can tell. Though I really don't play enough to be that good.

I'm actually not a fan of these. They look... unfinished, somehow. I get it, it's a colour reversal from the ink, but somehow the resin has a really unappealing look to me. That could be that it looks identical in colour and opacity to purged resin from injection moulding machines I work with, but it's what really turns me off them.

Luckily, however, I haven't a hope of winning them given the talent in my area anyway, so it's not really an issue...
