Does this work as I think or does treat as green manouver not enable use of Heras ability?
Would be nice if it worked, Heras ability would be more exciting with all forwards usable.

I can't see any reason it wouldn't work.
I just wish there was a Rebel ship with room for three crew like the YV-666 on the scum side ... then I'd be more willing to use Hera and Nien Nunb because I'd still have room for a purely offensive crew like gunner or mercenary copilot.
If I've got room on a ship for crew then at least one of those upgrade slots gets a crew card that gives me a purely offensive bonus ... unless I just don't have the points in my list or I'm desperate for more maneuverability.
That said, the VCX-100 rolls a 4-dice attack natively, so I understand the argument that you can sacrifice offensive crew cards for crew members who help with maneuvering and action economy.
You treat all straights as green. Hera may change a green move into a different green move. It works.

The sensor slot is your friend there, FCS is always great.
Good to know it works, I was afraid I was missing something.
Nien Numb makes a great co-pilot for Hera. Say if you program a 1 straight, but they charge in to block you. Now you can switch that to a straight 4 and blast bast them. With a turret you are still firing at them. Don't forget you can also blast torps out your rear.
Nien Numb + Navigator.
Make 2 bank and you have choice of any straight and bank maneuvres. Take 1 or 3 turn and you have choice of any turn + k-turn.
Upd. Messed with card text. You can change only to white maneuvres of same bearing?
Edited by bernhI am sure it works, but I reckon the "Heragator" is more flexible...
Anyway, I think Hera+Nav+Nien would be overkill (although very amusing - "just ignore my dial; I'll let you know where I want to go soonish - oh and you might as well leave that stress token in the jar too").

Nien Nunb instead of Navigator saves you a couple of points and while it isn't as flexible it does let Hera recover from red maneuvers more easily. I think those red maneuvers are where the real power of Hera's ability comes into play.
