Bacon is the only meat that my toddler will eat. This is making me gain a substantial amount of weight.

I recently discovered oven cooked bacon, and it's awesome.

1) put your bacon on a foil lined tray

2) put bacon into cold oven (so the fat renders before burning)

3) set oven to 400

4) wait until crispy (20ish minutes, depending on your cut thickness)

5) remove bacon and eat

6) throw away foil when fat is cool, super easy cleanup!
