How much do you think about picking the right rocks?

I am planning on a RAC/Whisper list; but can not make up my mind which rocks to choose...

Should I pick three large rocks - which may favor Whisper. Or should pick three small rocks - which would be a favor for RAC?

Debris or not Debris.... that is the real question.

It's got as much to do with placement as it does with size. Practice placing your 3 and randomly throw the other 3 down. And then practice some more. I always take 3 big ones and set them up in corners if I can. Of course I can't decide what my opponent is going to do, so oftentimes my great strategy is buggered up by inconsiderate people who have their own agenda.

Whisper actually works well with small rocks, as that means more room to decloak. I'd go for small, but not tiny (they are so small that you give too much of an advantage to Brobots and swarmy lists).

For the longest time now I've been taking debris... can't remember the last time I brought rocks. Then again, I've been flying twin YV's and I like to always be able to shoot when I'm stumble-bumming through obstacle fields.

Take small rocks, as you still get to place 3 of them, you can create a cluster using either your own or your opponent's, which brobots cannot navigate and swarms will have issues with.

Also, Whisper doesn't like obstacles, at all. Less options = more predictable, more predictable = dead Whisper.
