So this sums up the feeling of the build up of anticipation only to find two lousy tiny expansions. Please stop calling them ships. Since we are up sh$t creek for a year, please refer to the dinky things as flotillas. I also like the fact they made the imperials p even strong in the squdron game with a new commander and added more power to the Ryhmer ball. For us 500-600 point players that is a nail in the coffin. Sure there is a counter, but playing the same counter everytime is old. If anyone needed a commander who could target named Squdrons it was the rebels.

Why are people upset about a new things? The repair is a powerful card that can keep ur fleets alive? The models look great and will fill out fleets. If it turns out this is only half of the wave won't you feel silly getting all upset?

This game requires dozens of games to become proficient at. You have to try lists, test theories out, and overall be open minded. I know the last part is hard for someone who claims to be a professor. Most of them are stuck in their ways and don't like adapting.

The issue, Professor, is that you are looking at this from the last news articles. Don't do that. They were balancing wave 2 for a while. After all they had to keep the game balanced to work which it does.

You also get to have scenario missions now! You can almost do this!

I'm usually the guy that will avoid those kind of thread or even defend the OP.

But in that case, he kinda forced it onto him. I mean, if he didn't created 3 threads only to rage, and spam every thread about wave 3 with his anger, I would agree with you. But his reaction is now getting ridiculous and it brings nothing of worth to the forum. He expressed his anger, people heard him, now maybe he should stop and move on.

Now enough said. None of you got the point. You reaction tells them them it is ok or not ok to get away with something as BS as they pulled. The do read the forums and apparently and I did more harm than good. By going so far one way, so many of you could not agree and show your own anger less you come down to my level. Plus many of you don't realize they actual gauge the success of offering and that reading these forums are their market research. What I typed in 5 minutes on a self correcting iPad that thinks it knows better than me what to type turned out to be sh$t and I didn't reread it because I had people coming over to play Pandemic. The purpose was to make FF the punchline instead of me....epic fail.

...so if we find out Wave 3 is bigger than just those two expansions, does that mean your mission was accomplished?

While I understand you want your opinion to be heard, why threaten rage quitting and create multiple posts that are so extremely angry and abrasive? Why not calmly join the discussion and outline your like/dislike? Is it a need to be heard above all other voices? You're saying some of the same things people who are excited about the new flotillas are saying - well, except for the whole quitting part. They're not saying that.

Positive and negative reactions are completely expected. Anger is unnecessary. It's a game.
