Wouldn't work, Vader crew is not part of the attack, so Boba's trigger isn't satisfied.
Vader crew actually does seem to be one of the more broken combos when you can put it with regen.

Vader is an effect after an attack, and Boba is trigered if you deal a faceup card attacking, so boba doesn´t trigger with vader crew

Faction restrictions removed.... not changing droids and titles on ships! We regularly run a 59 point cross faction tournament and these things seems the most silly:
K4 droid on any phantom (I like Dengar now too)
Rebel captive on Eaden Vrill
Chewie with Vader/greedo/determination

This kind of breaks the "rules" by playing around with the upgrade types instead of faction restrictions. Along those veins though, either cloaking device on Soontir in a palp aces list (roll a focus and loose the upgrade? Nope!) or for that matter, palp on a YV and then talonbane with a cloaking device...

If you're breaking upgrades types, you might as well give Soontir advanced cloaking device in place of stealth device while you're at it...

THAT would just be evil. Guess you're probably waiting to PtL off of the Free Cloak after you shoot but then you're looking a 5 agility dice for defense plus a Focus or two and a lot of options on where to start your maneuvers next turn. You put Whisper to shame even if you have one less attack die and hitpoint.
