Dengar that is. Would he attack back after first cluster or TLT?

I believe Dengar attacks in between attacks in the case of TLT or Cluster Missiles. If the original attacking ship is destroyed, it should still get it's second attack because the effect was already triggered by the 'Attack:' header. This may allow Dengar to finish off a ship before he takes his last breath, though.

Vader FAQ would suggest yes, but Valen Rudor FAQ would suggest no. The latter stops the second attack if you are now out of Range. If you are destroyed, would you not be out of Range? Just a thought. VAder FAQ seems closer to the situation so that is what I would go for.
