FFG's Twitter account is updated with new products. Like wave 3.
The Dice Tower's Twitter feed has been updating regularly.
BGG is also live streaming GAMA, though I don't know if they will cover FFG's presentation.
Here's to hoping for Wave 3.

Someone else mentioned this elsewhere, but I'm inclined to agree. Adepticon seems more likely for Wave announcements than GAMA.
