I'm really new to this game (played a couple of times with borrowed ships) but I'm already planning and testing some lists.

My list now is:

X-70 Poe Dameron(37): Autothrursters, VI, R5-P9

A-Wing Jake Farrell(28): Autothrusters, A-wing test pilot, PTL, VI, Chardaan Refit

HWK-290 Kyle Katarn (34): Moldy Crow, Determination, TLT, Recon Spec

I'm keep Kyle skirting the combat, stick Jake at range 1 while waiting a good oportunity with Poe.

Anything i could improve on that list? Or a better flight tatic (i realy lack of those)?

I think I would run R2-D2 instead of R5-P9, and if you wanted to stay at 99 for an initiative bid, you could use the new adaptability on Poe to get him to a 9.

With Kyle, determination is a nice safety net, but you could drop it for initiative or go veteran instincts to get everyone to an 8 or higher.

The only real concern i can see is you aren't going to get too much damage through per round, you can only get a max of 9 hits, and will only average about 4 or 5 per turn.

I'm not getting too much damage but i have a good survivability with Poe and i can arcdodge a lot with jake.

In a situation where i really need that extra damage , i'm thinking of drop determination and moldy crow from kyle and get prockets on jake

I don't know about R2-D2....Poe don't have as many greens as Jake and i'm still very new at this....so i prefer to not limit my movements for now..but i will consider drop that determination

I like your build, personal i like R5-P9 on Poe allot better then R2-D2... locking yourself to green moves is not my favorite thing to do and it makes him very predictable. 9/10 times you will still have that focus to spend with R5-P9 anyways.
