Can it run on Windows Phones? If not, will it ever arrive there?

I wouldn't hold my breath.

I would also believe this app would only fit tablets.

Still hope it will also be runnable on a pc. Maybe through an emulator.

At the end of the trailer there is steam logo, so that shoule be the case.
