You're not alone! I couldn't care less about it myself. I'm also one of the people that doesn't want to see a new square-dish falcon model. I don't fly the one I have, why the heck would I need 2? I'm perfectly happy to get new pilots in another pack similar to most wanted.

imperial: tie/sf or gunboat (i can dream)

rebel/scum (twist): tfa falcon (its like printing money. be honest youll buy it. ill buy it. i want finn crew, i want rey pilot, i want unkar plutt etc also a different statline and maybe dial than the original, millenium falcon title like the punishing one title "garbage yt-1300")

scum/scum: the heavy bomber thing people always post thats in armada (so 2 large ships, like wave 8) and one super obscure small ship that no one will run

About half (7/13) of non-Epic Rebel ships through Wave 8 have some turret capability available to them. The T-70 is the only new non-turretted Rebel ship since Wave 4.

Turrets seem like a rather boring niche, so I'm hoping that the existing non-turretted ships see a nice boost before they're overshadowed by the new content in Episode VIII.

Not that the Rebels need help to be competitive, but I like my "classic" Star Wars ships. :-)

This would be a great scum missle boat with only side arcs like the CR90 has, and would be the tank ship of scum like the VCX and Deci.

Along those lines, I am hoping for the YT-2000 since we've seen it in the background on the Chaardan Refit upgrade card, could be a ship for scum and rebels, another cheap lil PWT since that's all the rebels use for their large ships.

My thoughts are:

FIRST ORDER: Upsilon-class Command Shuttle (Kylo Ren's shuttle)

RESISTANCE: Resistance Transport (modified B-Wing)

SCUM / RESISTANCE: Millennium Falcon with square radar dish

Special products:

FO / RESISTANCE: Battle of Starkiller Base (black T-70 X-Wing + TIE/sf)

EPIC SCUM: Wild Karrde and/or Jabba's Space Cruiser

I don't know about Rebel/Empire, but for Scum:

Realistic choices: Skipray, Scuurg

Wishful Thinking: Rihkxyrk, YT-2000 (Otana)

Epic Wishful Thinking: Wild Karrde with Talon Karrde as the uber-crew for Scum OR Vasudra with Tomaas Azzameen as uber-crew.

About time we see a Scum Epic ship I think. Maybe a Hutt Barge or a Mandalorian Dreadnaught?

Probably more stuff from Rebels or Rogue One, though.

The Action VI I believe is canon, and has been up-gunned by the Black Sun / Zann Consortium as gunships besides being used by Talon Karrde and the Smuggler's alliance.

I'd genuinely like to a see a web-exclusive hobby line of unpainted, unassembled ships, so I don't have to keep jabbing at glued seams with X-acto knives.

You don't need to sell me a finished, painted Arquitens or Home One, FFG. A kit will do nicely. You can even charge me for shipping.

Rebel: T-wing (cheap torpedo carrier, 14 pt generics?)

Scum: R-41 starchaser (at least it's not another ugly SWG ship)(or V-wing)

Imperial: GUNBOAT

I for one like the pre-painted ships. I just wish we could see some variation in colors. Such as different individual squad colors. It would give me a reason to throw more money down. I also wouldn't be opposed to unpainted ships as custom projects. So many possibilities FFG could explore to take our money.
