They're from Privateer Press. Sorry, forgot to say whose they were
What do you need to convert about them? They look ready to use for RT as they are!

The guns are way too small! And those tiny shoulders...
Anyone would think they were to scale!
Only problem with PP miniatures is they are larger than 40k scale. That being said the Black 13th are small for PP models, so they wouldn't be that bad.

Pretty small difference with most figs. PP runs about 33mm for humans, while GW's officially 28mm but often closer to 30mm. I know plenty of people who are 10% taller or shorter than I am.
Many of their jacks make outstanding servitor/dreadnought fill-ins. Some nice xeno filth in the Hordes range too - those blighted Legion warbeasts look quite at home in a Tyranid swarm, for ex. The Cryx WM range includes some of the best combat servitors you'll ever see, and a bunch of nifty warpspawn/nurgle critters. All of which are inhuman enough that scale is meaningless.
Sorry, double post. Odd.

Yeah, but do all these people that ar 10 % taller than you also always have a 10 % bigger face and head than yours?
Mini scale can look pretty wierd sometimes. I remember this snapshot of a few elf minis from the Lord of the Rings battlegame by games workshop, where a mini of Elrond stood righ next to another elvish soldier, and Elrond's head was BIGGER than he helmetclad head of the elf solider. I mean, sure Elrond's smart and all, he might need a big head to house that wise brain of his, but if you have a head that's even bigger than someone roughly the same height as you and they're wearing a helmet something just doesn't seem right.
Sure, on their own the minis might look alright, but placed next to eachother, it just looks kinda funny.
Of course, Warhammer and Warhammer 40K have an even worse sense of scale between minis. A Guardsman is almost as tall than a Space Marine, and the fluff always go to great lengths saying that Space Marines are giants among men. And im not even gonna get into the sizes of weapons for the respective games (let's just say that way too many minis hold swords in one hand that is no only as long as it's wielder, but also extremely thick ).
Wow... stunning. The closest I can think of a typical Rogue trader from citadel minatures (apart from the inquisitor model) is the Karl Jerico model who looks sort of roguish, but these nicely fit the part

Variance in adult head size is usually less pronounced (rarely exceeding 5%, IIRC) in real-world physiology, but minis are rarely sculpted with realistic proportions. Heads and hands are almost invariably exaggerated, and good thing too. Painting eyes and teeth are hard enough without them being any smaller.
Of course, given the high degree of mutation, environmental adaptation, and unnatural selection in the 40K setting, judging size variance by modern-day standards seems dubious at best. Maybe those freakish distorted minis are actually downplaying 40 millenia of change.
I'v been thinking about getting this guy for my rogue trader, hes just perfect for the look I want, but I may add some pirate kind of hat to him and change the pistol to a bolter. OT: Anyone got some good spanish/portugese sounding names of less known explorers and pirates, I'v been searching for them, but it seems my google-fu is weak.

This is the guy I'm using as well, actually, but with a plasma pistol. I had a ton of trouble trying to find a left handed plasma gun, thought, so I eventually had to cut one from an existing metal model instead of using a plastic one. I'm digging the OP's three models, however. What are their names...?
Me and all PP make good stuff, btw anyone have a suggestion for a female astropath?

Pretty cool, most femle minies are even more scantily clad, something I am trying to avoid since the two girls in my rogue trader game are first time pen and paper gamers. Funnitly enough they are also the ones that created the most background about their characters.
After looking through PP's galleries trying to find more badass looking gun mages i'm quite impressed with them in that regard. The amount of minatures that look like they're trying to sculpt tiny hookers is remarkably small.

The Black 13th Gun Mage Strike Team.
Captain Dixon Lynch, Lieutenant Darsey Ryan and Sergeant Samuel Watts
L to R is Ryan, Lynch then Watts.
Some other possibilities
Wow, that last mini is my Interrogator. Replace that pistol with a bolt pistol, give him a chainsword and an Interrogator Rosette, and he's there.... Now for Ascension to come out so I can build him and play him for RT.
reaper mini has a new line out that works well with RT stuff.
