My stance on the gun debate: Fine, a pistol is fine, should absolutely never be kept loaded and follow all fire arm control rules. Do people really need to own assault rifles and 50 cals? Rifles for hunting are fine.

Gun control laws in the US could stand to be tighter.

The gun control laws in the US are not really the issue, the problem is more along the lines that they are not enforced. The unite states wasts a trillion dollar per year on fighting terrorists which they seem to always arm first themselves (hello ISIS, hello al-qaeda), meanwhile they are unable to even disarm gangs. And that is not because those gangs own their weapons legally. As long as this stands any additional gun control laws are just window dressing. Furthermore there are armies with less guns head than the united states. A simple law will not make all those gun's gone overnight, which again becomes an issue of law enforcement. "If you take all guns away from the law abiding citizens then only criminals would have them", is more than just a strawman.

Would I like us-american gun laws in germany? HELL NO!

This thread has been done before. And as someone with the offending items in my signature, I'll say what I said then.

First, it's not for you, it's for me.* It's a relevant place to keep track of what I currently own (I keep my X-Wing inventory on the X-Wing forums, you see?). I don't care if you read it and know what I own, or don't. If I wanted you to know, I'd PM you every time I bought a ship.

Second, it can actually be useful - and I suspect this may be where it started - for newer players to the game when asking questions about how and what to build if they can just say, "see my signature for what ships I have".

Third, as was pointed out up-thread, you can turn them off if you don't like looking at them.

*This goes for my tournament record, too. It helps motivate me to look back and say, "remember that one you won, self? you can do it again!"

This last weekend was my crusade weekend.

I bought space marine cheap for the PC and beat it on hard in a marathon session, blade retribution with the wife and played the battlefleet gothic beta. The imperium ships are better.

Now the perfect taco, in my opinion is a soft shell, 40-60 refried bean and meat mix, though a 30-70 rice meat can also work, enough to it sticks together, no risk of run.

I need to have hot tobasco, like red peppers, a little onion, or guac.

Taco sauce and salsa optional.

Personally speaking I'm partial to chorizo and sweet potato, served with pickled red onions and spur cream.

Failing that, seasoned shredded chicken, beef or pulled pork with fresh coriander, crisp lettuce, fresh lime and chili del arbol hot sauce
