I like the looks of this any advice on how to fly it?

This is the basic Palpmobile list. This also means it is the one most folks have experience flying against.
I STRONGLY recommend using a variant.
1. Fel is great. But Fel is also Public Enemy Number One. All of your enemies' lists SHOULD have counters to this specific pilot, meaning you have to be especially careful or especially good with him. And even then... I've stopped using him in my Palpmobile lists, and instead use Omega Leader (Comm Relay, Juke, Stealth Device).
2. The shuttle STRONGLY benefits from the Sensor Jammer upgrade. I've jousted TIE swarms with the shuttle and it's survived with minor damage (bumps = no focus = no changing Sensor Jammer results). It also makes enemies think twice about how they're spending focus tokens throughout the match, especially if they want to take out Palp. You can't fit SJ in with a reasonable Soontir/Vader combo, though.
3. Prockets on Vader, with Palp in support, is absolutely lethal. I rarely get less than the fill five hits, and it helps fill out those extra points you have, now that you've switched to Omega Leader...

Never thought of sensor jammer on a palp shuttle. currently i am running palp shuttle, omega leader with juke and comms relay, standard vader and wampa

Just remember that you only get to use palpatine's ability once per round. Just make sure it's not wasted.
With is build is it better to slow play the shuttle or move in to start shooting erlier

to a tournament on Saturday, have flown it to decent success on Vassal, Obviously at 40 points thats a pretty hefty Palpatine, however if you throw someone on a rock, or behind a rock, or murder them because now they're at R1 of Jax & OL with one less agility and no access to modifications then thats one less shot to be had at Palp.
if you flank with jax and semi joust through rocks with Kagi and support where needed with the nuisance of OL you have a lethal combination of screwing with peoples target priority. If TLT's are less prevelant in your area i'd suggest Reinforced Deflectors on Kagi for the additional Ace Health Support, but even still with Jax at 1 Sj is a free not hit.
