Yeah, I use casual to test tournament lists, and I'm not to sure about this list.

This list is certaintly not meta. But if you match up against non meta list this should be no problem.
Personnally I would drop Dutch for a Gold Squadron Pilot and use the points to beef up the other X-wing to Biggs or something. Y-wings can go down quickly when they are focused (seeing how loaded yours is, your opponent will probably go for him first.) so i'd rather spread my points across, makes the squad more balanced.

I made Dutch the way he is so he can shunt a target lock to Poe or the Rookie.
