Feedback on possible Wave 8 SC lists

I'm attending a Store Championship on March 26, when Wave 8 should be released in the US and therefore unambiguously legal. It shouldn't hit 50 players, but it might very well have 30.

One option is to continue playing my current Palpatine Aces list (Whisper/Omega Leader/Captain Yorr). It's been pretty successful for me so far, and I've had a lot of practice.

But I'm also excited about Wave 8. I have two lists in mind at the moment. The first is VCX-100/Gray/Gold:

I find it hard not to bring Hera crew on Chopper. K-turn all day long with TL or block like a champ with two hard 1 on a row.

It clocks in at 100pts exactly. I think this thing has legs, but I don't fly Rebels. Go beat some faces in with it, if you're so inclined, Vorp.
I think it's solid vs. Aces, Wolfpack (triple U-boats), and it doesn't care a ton about flying against other stress lists. It's a fairly low PS list, but it's got a ton of HP and lots of bonus arcs, so if you fly it with competency I think opponents will find it very difficult to "dodge" you. /shrug
