Sharing this list I've been playing for a few months, and won a 8-person Store Championship with it last Sunday.
The idea is simple, eliminate the variance of dice rolling while on the attack. Almost always take Evade as your action so that you stay in the fight for as long as possible.

Tournament Summary
8 players, 3 rounds, no cut.
Round 1: Scum Emon Azzameen with 2 Y-Wings, kitted out with Proximity Bombs. The lack of TTLs on the Ys allow me to get in behind them, and their Agility value of 1 means the ACs do their job taking ships off the table fairly quickly. After that, it's clean up time on the Firespray, who manages to drop me down to one Advanced after a few rounds of shooting heavily weighted in his favor, but I mange to keep Emon in my arc, and eventually a few bad rolls on his two Evade dice take him down. 100-77
Round 2: Imperial Boba with Carnor Jax and Delta Squad Defender. This player lines up for a joust, but I deploy off to the side and maneuver around him. Boba manages to take out Wampa early, but his defense dice fail him repeatedly, and I quickly wipe his squad. Hard to feel good about a game where your opponent cannot roll an Evade to save his life. 100-14
Round 3: Scum Boba with twin TTL Y-Wings. We set up in opposite corners. I know my target priority are the Ys in the match, and I move quickly to engage one of them as it peels off into the center of the map. I manage to kill it in two rounds of shooting, moving then to try and get to the other one. He takes two Advanceds off the table as I whittle down the remaining Y, whiffing on a few attacks. He takes Wampa off the table after I position him poorly two turns in a row, but I retaliate by taking his last Y right off there after. I get a very lucky Range 1 shot on Boba for three damage, and the next turn he K-Turns over two asteroids, rolling a crit, which flips a Direct Damage card, and removes Boba from the table. Better lucky than good, I guess. ![]()
