New Ideas For Illicit Upgrades

The Illicit upgrade slot is undouptedly the most fun one when it comes to creating new upgrade cards.

I wondered what would happen if you regulary consume Glitterstim to be a better fighter pilot over a series of battles. Here is a possible answer:

Basically the opposite of Veteran Instincts.

Burnout Pilot

Illicit

"Decrease your pilot skill value by 2. You cannot equip this card if your pilot skill is 4 or lower."

-1 points.

Here is the Scum answer to SLAM:

Hyperglycerine Injectors

Illicit

"ACTION: Discard this card to perform a SLAM action, then roll a red die. On a <hit> result, assign yourself a stress token. On a <crit> result, assign a stress token to all ships in range 1."

There are different reciepes for hyperglicerine and nobody knows exactly how the engines would react ...

At the start of the Combat phase, you may discard this card. If you do, for the rest of this game round you may not perform any attacks and enemy ships may not declare you as the target of an attack.

i was thinking the same thing for a transponder, but had the name be Sliced IFF Transponder, and i had it until you declare an attack you cannot be targeted by the enemy.

At the beginning of the first round select one enemy small or large ship. When friendly ships attack that ship at range one or two the defender rolls one fewer defense dice.

I like the idea of something like this but whether it should be your whole team/ just who equips it and what the actual cost should be makes me unsure. I figure this way it is costed a little over stealth device.
