I received a card to request my challenge coin. It's been almost a month and it's still pending. No ability to contact anyone on the service page. Any idea who I contact to get an update?

Try FFG Customer Service. At least they will direct you to the correct person to talk to.

If you check the confirmation email when you submitted a ticket it has a link to receive an update.

For what it's worth, it took about a month for mine to ship. I just got it today and I believe the tournament was like the 13th of February or so.
