Sorry if this is obvious somewhere I havent read yet, but I have to run demo's tomorrow at the local shop.

Can a player move their Stance marker only 1 space at the beginning of their turn or can they move the marker any where on their Stance meter track?

Beginning of Turn Phase, (p.57), you can adjust by one space for free, and thereafter it costs one stress per space.
