Started with two seismucs on c3po Miranda (sTressy and tact warden for company)

• 2nd place store champ; 10th in another

Turned into Deathrain with Vader omega L

• Store champ winner; only non-palp ace winner so far

Now practising sabine double seismic Miranda with a conners k (aslam) and Biggs


Already ruthlessly sacrificed one hull Biggs to seismics in order to deal 3 damage to the enemy. Would do again

Yeah, interesting to hear what people use for interesting lists, and not the standard 10-20 lists

The Bossk/Boba VI list I did pretty well with at my first tourney just get a hell of a lot better with new Scum crew options, and a cheap pair of tractor beams could give it some real mileage against the TLTs that usually cause it problems.

Seriously the YV666 is a crazy potent chassis, doesn't get nearly enough credit. Throw one (...or two) in a list and have some fun.

Looking forward to a scum PS9 trio with Kavil, Talonbane, and Zuckuss. May well be terrible but will certainly be fun. Dual Jumpmasters (P1 Eternity Tel and Torpedo Dengar both at PS9 should be a somewhat unpredictable hoot as well.

Rage Tycho will make for some more diverse and compelling Rebel Ace builds.

And then there's the Ghost. Do not even know where to start.

I've been flying a lot with my IG+Moralo list lately. Finished 4th and 1st with it in the two tournaments I went to. I'll try another version this weekend (IG, Slaver, Bandit) before retiring the list for Wave 8.

I've been flying variations on a defender+ First Orders lately because I am interested in it. I'm going to fly rexler+kath again soon because I enjoy that into aces (vi mangler rebel captive and engine upgrade make Kath a fun ace hunter) and rexler is there because love defenders

IMHO It's the best rebel swarm at the moment.

With good success, I've been running fel (ptl, title, at,sd), whisper (acd, vi, fcs ), and a doomcow (shuttle, vader, apl). Really screws with my opponent's target priority.

At least in my region, we're seeing lots of new players, so maybe there are people around who haven't yet identified other reliable strategies? And there are also a lot of lists in the meta right now that aren't particularly flexible in their setup, which could also be contributing.

I came in 8th at Store Championships, but I only lost one match out of 5. It was a good run and I'm so pumped to keep flying it.

I've been doing well with the following list recently. I came 3rd out of 24 in my FLGS tournament last Saturday. If nothing else, it's an impressive amount of firepower...

Did you at least explain why that was a horrific mistake after obliterating his force? Without sounding too cruel?

My current list is a Palpshuttle + EU, Wampa (Hull Upgrade), Lieutenant Colzet, and Omega Leader. The reason I like this over more traditional Palpaces is it has a clear threat delineation that they HAVE to destroy in order, and it always ends up leaving OL for last... which, if I've flown well and rolled decently, means that it's a 1v1 where OL has the advantage. I can't wait for Baffles to come out so I can stick that on the Palpshuttle too. It can be a little RNG dependent on the cards Wampa deals before he dies (and flips face up) but it's fun.

I've been trying to figure out who to match up with a Tycho Celchu using Rage, PTL, and Autothrusters. Rage is MADE for Tycho, it's Predator + Focus in a single Action. Miranda seems good (A regen TLT ship?), but what else? Maybe pair of cluster missile Z's? *sigh* List building...

I fly the khiraxz in a screen in front of bossk, and bossk has k4, calculation and greedo.

So the khiraxz block, and bossk Gets to one shot just about anything. I have one shot Poe, red squad vet, and wedge with that set up. He will wreck anything without 3 green dice. The khiraxz are good for what they are, 3 red dice machines, and the k-turn options are strong enough that while you're spending your turns trying to get bossk, they get free reign.

I won both the Winter Kit (18 players) and the Store championship (14 players) with this:

2 X Cartel Maurauder with glitterstim

Torkil, TLT, Tactician

Palob, TLT, Crackshot, Bossk

Palob is plain annoying against those Ace token types and Bossk eats them alive:

First shot of TLT miss? here's a focus and target lock for me

Second shot of TLT miss? here's another focus and target lock for me.

From that point on, every shot against that target will get the full benefit of target locks and focus.

Want to get in range 1? That Maurauder with Glitterstim is waiting for just that and we'll reduce you to one less token and PS 0 when that happens.

Depends on what you're running in your list, really. Palpatine Aces is actually a pretty vague outline.

Admittedly it's an archetype more than a list. My version is relatively close to what I imagine as 'stock':

Vader - predator, engine, title, atc

Soontir - ptl, targeting computer, thrusters

Lambda - Palp

I've been going pretty heavy Imperial swarm the last few weeks. Admittedly, the last two games I played, I got stomped by both a mixed Rebel build, as well as the dreaded QUAGMIRE list that one of the aces at my FLGS is in love with: three Bandits, two Golds with Autoblaster Turrets and R5 Astromechs, and a third Gold with Autoblaster Turret and R3-A2.

Just a horrible mass of 36 HP, multiple two-dice attacks (including unavoidable damage) and a stress. The Y-Wings also scoff at Direct Hits unless you kill them in the same round. It's surprisingly effective.

I'll probably change out to something Scummy once Wave 8 hits, unless Jumpmasters are too overpowered.
