Can i put lomcrew into zuckuss´s ship and zuckuss crew into Loms ship and fly them both in a list together or is it restricted concerning the crew/ace limit?

If a card has the dot that indicates a unique name, you can't field two game elements with that name. So you can use only one version of Zuckuss in a single list (either crew or pilot, but not both), and only one version of 4-LOM.
