Hey, I haven't played in a while, and last time I did I thought swarm read 'when attacking a Squadron engaged with another Squadron with swarm...', but in the fleet builder I was just looking at it dropped the with swarm requirement. Is that an error or errata?

Looking at my cards and Warlords, it looks like it has always been without the 'another squadron with swarm' requirement.' Take it with a grain of salt though, because I've only been playing since December.

Always been like that. I thought it was the same, but when I double checked the card, sure enough it was there.

Yep. Swarm is only needed on the ship who wants to get the reroll...

You can engage your enemy with anything else - TIE Bombers, or even Instigator if you're feeling really special...

I think Howlrunner is the primary source of confusion, because her sweet bonus only applies to squadrons with Swarm.

I've noticed that a lot of players fall prey to this. It seems to happen at every tourny I go to that I get at least one opponent questioning me as to why my Interceptor's getting a swarm reroll from being supported by a Bomber, and in every case when I show them the rules they say that they'd assumed that both squadrons needed swarm.

I also misread this and played it wrong for months. We should start a support group.
