Had an 'aha!' moment this week as I was pondering how to increase my use of bombs. I had always been interested in sending TIE bombers up to K-turn in front of the enemy squad, and drop Proximity mines on them (or in front of them). To do that, I would need Captain Yorr to be flying close enough to the end point of their K-turn to take each of their stress tokens. Here's the base of that squad.

So there is room left over for ordnance or upgrades on Yorr. Yorr will be triple-stressed, so if he's supposed to contribute to the battle, Fire-control System would be nice.
The real moment of inspiration came when it occurred to me that Rebels now have bomb-dropping capabilities!

Look, it's the Leia crew card! This squad has some advantages over the Imperial counterpart. First, the Rebel Operative doesn't have to be anywhere near the Y-wings to allow them to have a white K-turn. Second, the round that they drop the bombs, they aren't left defenseless because they can fire with their Autoblaster Turrets behind them. This is one squad I'd definitely like to try out at game night...but I only have two Bomb Loadouts and two Proximity Mines. I'll need to borrow some cards.
The other problem is that this squad falls apart if the opponent doesn't want to joust, and with a weird squad like this, it's pretty obvious that we want to joust. Like I said, I'll have to try it out some time, but if any of you get a chance to try it first, let me know how it goes. Also, let me know if you have any other great ideas for how you'd design such a squad.
