I'm probably going to feel silly when someone explains how, but I don't see it. There is a topic where someone is asking about game mats. The friend I play against loves to take photos during the game. I have several that show the mat I have pretty well but don't know how to post them.

The Pictures must be hosted somewhere else... (Photobucket, imgur, Facebook)

Then they are posted into a thread with the link to the image and a [ IMG ] Tag at the front, and an [ /IMG ] tag at the end.


Personally, I use Photobucket, as when I upload and then view the Image, I get a ready made box on the right that clicks and gives me the link to paste, IMG tags included.

Oh for the love of the Force, can some admin just sticky one of these so we can not keep forcing the Super Star Destroyer thread down to page 5 just because the FFG forums have the least intuitive method for posting pictures!

Upload them to Imgur, if more than one, it will automatically create an album. After the upload the site will automatically give you the share link in the right column. If you want to directly put an image, right click on it, select "Copy image URL", and paste in into the textbox of the "Image command" in the comment menu when you write a post/comment. Like this:

Don't try to use photos.google.com. for some reason its now blocked as a photo hosting sight.
