Well the Kihraxz has caused me to fall in love with high firepower swarms. As such, a large chunk of my collection now consists of Kihraxz, B-wings, and T-70's. My question to you, is which of these swarm builds do you think would be most successful?

I like the Bs but they're firepower is dragged down by a) higher point cost, i.e. you can only squeeze four into the above swarm, b) they only roll one green dice and c) they don't have a 360 arc, so more agile lists can probably mitigate a lot of that firepower while chipping away. That being said, I like this list the most if you slow-roll and come at your opponent like a wall.

Are these the only options? I personally like Z-95s.

There's quite a bit of rhetoric about them being the "point for point" best ship, and the higher PS Zs aren't even that expensive (Scum or Rebel).

Z-95's would be out for the same reason I don't like Imperial Swarms. I hate that they only throw 2 red dice. It's so defeating to have someone surrounded and never land a hit because you are throwing two red and they are throwing two or three green.

I personally think 4 T-70's is slightly better than 4 B's because of the T-70's advanced maneuverability and two green dice. The benefit of the B-Wings is I would be able to bring a super solid ace with me in Keyan Farlander. Kihraxz is just fun because you could potentially throw 20 red dice in a round and really put a hurt on some folks but is limited by only having one shield. Crits can cripple a Kihraxz pretty fast. But 4 and 5 K-turns are nice.

I wish putting a Graz in the mix wouldn't force you to rebuild the list, because he could flank the whole match while the other K-Fighters block and throw those red dice.

I have tried Scummy Z-95's and some M3-A's with a Viper as a nice Swarm list. It took down a Vader build very quickly.

4 Z-95's, an m3-a, and PS1 Star Viper.

Also Isn't a swarm technically 6+ ships? We see 4 and 5 ship builds all the time and I wouldn't designate them as "swarm" lists.

I guess the idea of the swarm here being that they are all the same ship and act as one as long as possible (IE fly in formation).
