Rieekan's Rogues

By Englishpete, in Star Wars: Armada Fleet Builds

Assigned the dirtiest and most dangerous missions the Alliance has to undertake, Rieekan's Rogues are a self contained, self sustained strike force. Whether it's jumping into a system to destroy an Imperial Fleet or to land commandos for a planet strike or to retrieve threatened Alliance assets, Rieekan's Rogues get it done.

They are equipped with some of the best the Alliance military have on offer and they need it, their missions are always high risk and casualties are often incurred. Given a general mission outline, Rieekan's Rogues are given significant latitude on how to achieve their objectives.

This is a new list I am testing and modifying right now. It's interesting and has captured my imagination, so we'll see how it goes.

The core structure's pretty similar to what I've been running recently (2xMC80 + squads), but done in a very different way which is cool to see. I'd be tempted to find room for Boosted Comms, but I suppose if both are running Leading Shots you're happy to get in a bit closer and the Quad Lasers let you cruise through near enemy squads as well.

Leading Shots is also good insurance against the total whiff on anti-squadron dice. Spend the Blue that missed to re-roll the black that missed...
