Yes, it is. As long as you're dealing the damage to hull and not shields, Greedo's effect deals the first card faceup, Boba Fett triggers from a faceup card being dealt, so he triggers from Greedo's effect.

They're the best of friends, especially in their dislike of Captain Solo, which to be fair is more of a business arrangement than anything personal.
