I would bet this Friday. Once they are listed as shipping on here then it has always been in the past 9-10 days before they are available in the store.

While I was at my shop today hanging out, the manager was placing an order for their gaming stuff. He asked and they said it is definitely next week.

Miniature Market has changed to "Order Awaiting Release" so they're there, just waiting to come to papa...

MM has had that "Order Awaiting Release" message on my order for at least 2 weeks, maybe more... probably more.

They are not an Ass for coordinating a simultaneous worldwide launch. March 17th is the date. We know that and have for over a week now.

This would be awesome, but its not likely. They'd have to anticipate when delivery would occur for each shipment. Orders for the west coast would take over week of transit time, while orders down the street from their location would be next day.

I'd be happy if they'd just stop shipping via FedEx smart post (aka worst shipping method ever) and started using regular methods like Priority mail, UPS ground or FedEx ground.

They could at least ship a day early for everyone, they know it will at least take that long...

I'm sure they use smart post partly because it's really cheap, which is the only reason most people buy X-wing online anyway. But yeah, it's unfortunate that a 1-2 business day trip now takes 3-4, I can't even imagine what it's like for people who actually live far away from them .

No, but my understanding is that the dial kits will release a week later (on 3/24). No word yet on when we'll get the colored bases and pegs.

SmartPost was one of the reasons I switched my pre-orders over to CoolStuffInc. That and the fact their reward program is better and I like how they sponsor the Dice Tower.

I might have to give CoolStuff a try this wave if their shipping is reasonable. MM's customer service has been outstanding, I'm just not fond of their shipping. My orders from them via FedEx Smartpost (to Washington state) take 10 to 12 days when every other shipping method is 3 to 7.

Its possible I've been spoiled by Amazon Prime though and now have little patience for shipping. LOL

Anyone old like me and remember sending in Proof of Purchase tokens to Kenner and waiting 2 or 3 months to get an Admiral Akbar action figure sent to them? I'm so glad the "6 to 8 weeks shipping" is a thing of the past. That was an absolute eternity as a kid!
