rules question

Melisandre, Midnight sentry, Randyl Tarly, Euron Crow's eye....etc. does bonuses of this cards apply on themself??

Yes. They meet the definitions of the types of characters they act upon, so they act upon themselves, too.

Compare to something like Practical Believer - which says "choose another Holy character." If he just said "choose a Holy character," he could choose himself.

so can i defend euron when a character with stelth is atacking and want to bypass euron??

when i kneel Melisandre to participate in a challenge her str is 3 right??

Yes and yes.

so if answer for first question is yes then Melisandre can be declared as defender when character with str 4 and intimidate is atacking right??

intimidate does not have any effect on declaring defenders. What it does is say that when said character is attacking, any participating character with lower STR does not count their STR.

So, if a STR 4 character with intimidate is declared as an attacker, melisandre (or anybody) can be declared as a defender. The trick is that once Mel kneels her STR falls below 4 and would not count, effectively making her not defending, even though she is kneeling.

Well... yes but - Intimidate doesn't prevent someone from declaring defenders it prevents characters with less STR from counting their STR. Compare this to the Kings of the Sea Balon Greyjoy who does prevent them from being declared, but does not have the Intimidate keyword.

So, you mean Bronn(L44) can choose himself and save himself? is right?

Well, careful here...

Yes, Bronn is a legal target of his own ability. In fact, he is the most common target of his own ability that I see.

The "be careful" part here is that his effect is not technically a save. The timing of triggering his ability is different from a save. And the results (standing him instead of killing the target character) replaces the effect that would do the killing.

I dont know if I got it wrong or the other understood wrong but, when Euron kneels to defend he cannot be then stealthed. He has not stealth anymore, but the framework window for assigning stealth has passed right before defenders are declared.

On the other hand when he attacks and kneels to attack he loses stealth and cannot stealth out anyone since at the point when he could he has not the stealth anymore for a long time.

I think you both have it. The original just didn't go into the timing detail of why Euron will be able to defend against a character with stealth.
