I don't think i like idea BB8+PTL+EU, as it's starts to get very expensive.
Probably BB8+PTL or Predator+BB8 is better. But if you don't take PTL, do you need BB8? Yeah, it's fun, but you need green move, not a lot greens on wedge that are very good, so will you use it to best extend? If you have pts, it's good, if not any 1pt droid is fine.

Now that the T-70 is out, EU in general is a bad idea on an X-wing. It is more cost effective to just take a T-70 as they also have an extra shield and better dial.
Wedge and BB-8 make for a scary pair. I like putting VI on him (and IA of course). At PS 11, he can react to the board and stay out of a few arcs. IA keeps him on the board a little longer. All this for 32 points!
Got my regionals bye with a build that included just wedge with BB-8 and integrated astromech. Wedge is back, and he's pissed off.
