YYYY? 3 Gold 1 Grey
You kinda have golds wanting to do one thing and the gray by himself wanting to do another. So you can't really fly them all together very well. The golds want to run/kite and keep things at range 3 behind them while the gray has to point at something and try to get its torps off. I just see the gray going up in smoke, definitely not getting both of the torps off and not using targeting astro to any benefit. The TLTs would largely be ignored if possible until that is done then they will be worked on after.
That said, there are ways to fly it to get the most out of the TLTs if they commit to the gray early. If you start with the gray in a corner and try to slow roll into combat while your TLT play more aggressively, then they might have to commit to your golds or you could punish them a bit. That would give the gray a chance to come from behind a bit and try to get those shots off to any effectiveness. I wouldn't fly it, but if I had to, that's what I'd do.
